Airlines do not publish airfares until 11 months prior to actual flights (current fares for 2026 are available from $1,300 and $650 from London). Once airfares are published group flights will be offered from NY and London. Flight from NY will be July 19 return July 28, flight from London - July 20, return July 28.

Get together with your friend and both fill out the online reservation for a double room.
B. YOU WANT TO BOOK A SINGLE ROOM BUT YOUR FRIEND MAY JOIN YOU IN A DOUBLE ROOM LATER.
STEP 1. Book your room.
STEP 2. In order to add your friend to your booked room reservation they must book their own single room reservation.
STEP 3. Your friend must use the online platform of their reservation and Add a Memo OR call our office at 267-585-5100 and give your room reservation number to the first available agent and tell them your friend wants to room with you.
STEP 4. Gate 1 Travel will take care of rebooking your reservation from a single to a double room and add your friend.
